Benjamin Zilbergeld, an Associate at Shain Schaffer, specializes in complex commercial litigation representing individuals, businesses and public agencies in civil matters.
Mr. Zilbergeld serves as municipal counsel in workers’ compensation and municipal court proceedings; counsels banking clients on compliance with federal and state regulations, represents national banking institutions, businesses and clients in commercial and general litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. Zilbergeld gained valuable experience working in the financial services’ industry.
Mr. Zilbergeld received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College before graduating from the Seton Hall University School of Law, where he participated in the Center for Social Justice Pro Bono Program and was a member of the Seton Hall Law Legislative Journal. He also served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Michael Paul Wright, J.S.C., Law Division, Morris County.
